1628’s Women Empowered program – Healthy Boundaries: For Work & Home
Never before have the lines been so blurry between work life and personal life. Whether you are working from home 5 days a week, splitting your time between the corporate office and your home office, or are simply feeling like you never stop working, now is the time to evaluate & add healthy boundaries to your personal & professional worlds.
Join WE and performance coach Elisabeth Galperin, owner of Peak Productivity, for some insight and inspiration on how to identify where boundaries are needed; successfully communicate those boundaries to others; and stay committed to those boundaries so that everyone benefits.
We will kickoff the meeting doing 10-15 minutes of stretches and mindful exercises.
12:05, Setting the Stage: Mindfulness and Chair Yoga exercises conducted by Lindsey Armor
