Those who successfully complete the training will be given a free 3-month coworking membership to 1628 Ltd. where they can focus on their career pivot, as well as a continue connecting with mentors and have access to additional trainings that will help them successfully navigate their transition.

Covid-19 has created a state of career limbo for so many people in the Cincinnati region  In thinking of ways we could help move our region forward, it was natural to leverage the 1628 facility to provide a welcoming and professional environment to help those individuals who need a place to launch into their next chapter.

COVID-19 drives the opportunity for professionals to evaluate their career direction

Cincinnati, OH –  May 18, 2020 – 1628 Ltd., coworking space operator, partners with The Bauke Group to offer free career transition training for professionals seeking a career change as a result of COVID-19.  Project Launch Pad was created to help the growing number of professionals either laid off or at a career crossroads as a result of the current pandemic.

Beginning in June, individuals who find themselves at a career inflection point are able to enroll in a free 3-part career training program led by The Bauke Group. The training will focus on helping individuals as they navigate this current career challenge.  Individuals who complete the training will be given a free, 3-month membership to 1628 coworking space where they can focus on their career pivot, as well as a continue connecting with mentors and have access to additional trainings that will help them successfully navigate their transition. Applications for Project Launch Pad opened late last week and will be accepted until June 1st.
