Your health and safety is our top priority. Therefore, we have implemented new policies to help us prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and limit the impact on our community. Thank you for reading this and supporting our efforts!
Following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC), we are implementing the following enhanced health and safety policies.
Hygiene:
Masks are not required in our facility for vaccinated members and guests.
Sanitization stations will be available for members and guests upon entry into the 1628 facility.
Guests:
All guests are required to be registered prior to arriving at 1628. Guests should not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to their scheduled meeting time.
Cleaning: We follow enhanced cleaning procedures in our location to protect our employees, members and guests. These include:
Cleaning shared surfaces regularly with disinfectant.
Sanitization Stations with hand sanitizer, gloves, tissues and anti-bacterial wipes will be located throughout the facility.
Social distancing:
Furniture in the Gallery and Conference Rooms has been adjusted to create buffers between individuals.
We are encouraging members and guests to to be cautious when congregating in common spaces.
Kitchen:
We will be limiting shared kitchen services and discontinuing the use of reusable utensils and drink ware during this time. Single use cups will still be available.
If you are sick:
For the safety of our coworkers and community, we are asking members and guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough and cold to stay home.
Please notify our staff if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space in the past 15 days.
Closures:
Finally, we have policies in place and will communicate further to implement closures and further cleaning protocols if we are notified that any person that has used our space is diagnosed with COVID-19.
